I had many apprehensions before donating, and especially a fear of needles. But with File l’Espoir, everything went well. I felt a real sense of pride knowing that my blood could save lives.

I have already lost a loved one due to blood shortages. Since then, blood donation has become a personal challenge for me. I tell myself that as long as I can give 450ml of my blood, I will do it.
